STYLE: Pale Ale
ABV: 5.4%
APPEARANCE: Hazy, pale amber
HEAD: Off-white, frothy, appropriately persistent
LACING: Minimal
NOSE: Pleasant, but fairly one-dimensional and faint. Mostly grapefruit up front and a touch of sweet stone fruits (apricots and peaches) underneath.
TASTE: Same as the nose…nothing offensive nor particularly exciting. Decent amount of citrus fades into pale, sweet malt. Crisp, clean finish. No alcohol presence at all.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-to-light. Effervescent and refreshing.
DRINKABILITY: Ridiculously high. Mild, but engaging flavors + refreshing hops + light body + low ABV = a fast-drinkin’ brew.
